Arrive on time

To help us understand your health history and what we can do to serve you better, please answer all questions truthfully in the consultation form. There is no wrong answer, and your information will be kept confidential.

We understand that life happens and schedule changes are sometimes unavoidable. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged in full.

Deposits are taken for group bookings of $50 pp and non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the treatment.

We love providing massage treatments to all our customers. However, guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their treatment. We also require a guardian's consent form to be signed prior to the treatment.

There is no dress code in our spa. Upon arriving, you will be provided with a robe, slippers and disposable underwear to change into for your treatment. For your comfort and modesty, you will be draped with a sheet or towel at all times, and only the area being worked on will be exposed.

We highly recommend that all your valuables be left at home or somewhere safe. This includes cash, jewellery, watches, mobile phones, credit cards, and other valuable items. The spa cannot be held liable or responsible for any lost or stolen items.

If you are pregnant, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary accommodations. The same goes for guests with allergies, injuries, high blood pressure, or those who have had recent cosmetic surgeries.

OnSon is a place of tranquillity and relaxation. To ensure that all our guests can enjoy their treatments in peace, we kindly ask that you please switch off your mobile phone or other devices upon entering the spa. We also request that you refrain from smoking or speaking loudly.
